Ande Ki Mithai

INGREDIENTS:
Eggs 6
Sugar 200 gm
Ghee 100 gm
Dessicate coconut 3 tbsp
Rose water 1 tsp

PROCEDURE:
- Cook eggs, sugar & ghee together.
- When the mixture becomes pink, add dessicated coconut & rose water.
- Ande ki methai is ready to serve.
